PROJECT APPROACH
Our approach to this large-scale hotel refurbishment focused on practical delivery while minimising guest disruption. We implemented phased renovations throughout the 170 bedrooms and coordinated carefully with hotel management to ensure business continuity.
The project required specialist craftsmanship to create bespoke furniture pieces, including the custom reception counter, all manufactured in our dedicated workshop. We selected premium materials appropriate for a four-star hotel while ensuring durability for high-traffic areas.
Throughout the property, we balanced the restoration of architectural features with the integration of modern amenities, ensuring the refurbished spaces respected the building's heritage while meeting contemporary hospitality standards.
THE RESULTS
